One of the highlights of the summer in Dublin is the return of outdoor dining on the Garden Terrace & Veranda at the five-star InterContinental Hotel in Ballsbridge. The covered-in and heated Veranda is perfect for any type of weather.

Nestling in the courtyard of the urban resort hotel, is an oasis of calm and peace. It is away from the hustle and bustle of life. The garden is planted with beautiful trees, shrubs and plants by in-house gardener Nick. The sound of the fountain is the only noise in this peaceful area. On Fridays and Saturdays, Spanish guitarist Juan will be getting guests into the summer mood.

The new summer menu has been developed by executive chef Alberto Rossi and his team.  It includes a selection of specially curated Summer Bites including Tomato Bruschetta; Toasted Baguette, Puntarelle salad, Anchovies and Orange zest;  Seabass Carpaccio (with Courgette, Capers, Citrus fruit, & rocket); Tomato and Burrata (Warmed Ox Hart tomatoes, Burrata, Smoked Guanciale, Grilled Broccolini, Basil); Vitello Tonnato (Poached Veal, Tuna sauce, Capers and Anchovies).
