In today’s Food Truck series, we bring you to The Mother Ducker in Buncrana. Donegal’s answer to duck dishes is located right at the Buncrana shorefront. Serving up unique homemade dishes like:
- Duck Norris, which includes 3 tacos served with duck breast and vegetables.
- The Quackie Chan: slow-cooked duck with soft noodles and stir-fry veg.
- What the Duck Dog: a duck hot dog.
If that’s not your taste, try out the selection of other dishes including chowder, chicken burgers, and Thai soups.
Opening hours are 11 am to 6 pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. They are open from 4 pm to 8 pm on Friday and Sunday.
