Food Truck: Mother Ducker, Buncrana

In today’s Food Truck series, we bring you to The Mother Ducker in Buncrana. Donegal’s answer to duck dishes is located right at the Buncrana shorefront. Serving up unique homemade dishes like:

• Duck Norris, which includes 3 tacos served with duck breast and vegetables.
• The Quackie Chan: slow-cooked duck with soft noodles and stir-fry veg.
• What the Duck Dog: a duck hot dog.

If that’s not your taste, try out the selection of other dishes including chowder, chicken burgers, and Thai soups.

Opening hours are 11 am to 6 pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. They are open from 4 pm to 8 pm on Friday and Sunday.
