The newest addition to the Dingle food scene is serving ‘Mexican Food, West Kerry Style’.
Located in the yard of Paddy Bawn Brosnan’s pub, Mex West is bringing the top Mexican dishes to visitors and locals. Their menu includes a selection of tacos, quesadillas, and tostadas.
Tacos include prawns, with wilted cos, pineapple, and jalapeno. The tostadas are made with local Bacús sourdough.

MextWest is open at 3.30 pm from Wednesday to Saturday.
