We’re all busy prepping for Christmas but it’s also the time of the year when we are thinking of parties and partying. Yes, we are talking about New Year Eve and though it seems that there’s still time for that, it isn’t very far away at all!
You may have booked yourself for Dublin’s New Year Eve 2022 celebrations already – after all, it’s a big one, and right in the heart of the city. There will be a spectacular choreographed visual and musical display, featuring original music that captures the unique feeling of visiting Ireland. This year, Irish legends Westlife will headline the show, alongside Gavin James, Lyra and top Irish musicians and DJs. The tunes will rock out across six stages along the North Wall Quay. What a perfect way to round off the year!
But apart from that, there are plenty of events and celebrations that you can explore and book. We have prepared a little list, and it includes all kinds of options – from parties, dinners, family friend events to those that give you a complete package.

Ring in the new year with ‘A Night in Paris’. This is a New Year’s Eve party at Café en Seine. It promises live music, Can-Can dancers and Mime entertainment, DJs, French canapés and a French 75 cocktail on arrival.
DINNERS AND DRINKS DONE RIGHT
A lot of us want to simply grab some amazing sit-down dinner for New Year’s Eve along with some awesome drinks (but of course). How about heading to Stack A Restaurant at Urban Brewing? The evening starts with a welcome drink at 7pm, followed by a fabulous dinner at 8pm. There will also be special tasting menu.
You may also be interested in Opium – there’s an extensive menu of Pan-Asian plates including satay, spring rolls, curries, grilled meats and more, with an equally tempting selection of booze and even a night club where you can dance into 2023.
The Church also has quite an eclectic vibe on – you can ring in 2023 in style with Irish dancing and music, DJ from 10pm and a spectacular balloon drop at midnight! Free entry until 8pm. €10 per person entry from 8pm onwards.
Fade Street Social has also caught our attention. They have an abundance of cocktails and some really incredible food on offer. Do take a look at their festive three course menu.
