Mountain Biking Training Events and Easter Camps for Ages 8-16 with The GAP MTB!
Glencullen Adventure Park (The GAP) is running special youth training camps and events over the Easter holidays for ages 8-16 years old.
With the scramble to book appropriate outdoor activities for kids over the school holidays, the message from organisers is to register now to avoid disappointment!
The GAP MTB Club, which is steadily becoming one of the fastest growing clubs in Ireland, have had great success in running their biannual ‘Kids Enduro’ in Glencullen, Co. Dublin since 2019. This event was the first of its kind in Ireland and following on from its success the club have decided to take a fresh approach this year for kids now switching disciplines and delving into the realm of downhill.
The GAPMTB Youth Downhill Event April 12th, 2023
This training experience is open to all riders aged 8-16 from beginners to advanced and will include coaching with top trainers and some HUGE names in the racing world. Entry will also include a full day of uplifts and your coach and mentor will take you through all aspects of downhill including track walks, section sessioning & full runs. Each child will also receive a GAP MTB goody bag with cool contents including merchandise which is exclusive to GAP MTB Youth DH Riders.

GAP MTB Easter Camps
The club will also be running 3 day Easter camps for kids over the two weeks of Easter Midterm which cater for complete beginners, improvers, Intermediate and advanced mountain bikers.
“The Easter camps will focus on fun activities and exploratory spins within Glencullen Adventure Park” – Al Redmond, GAP MTB Easter Camp Coach.
Week 1: 4th, 5th and 6th April is suitable for Beginners/Improvers aged 8 -16 years old.
Week 2: 10th, 11th and 13th April for Intermediate/Advanced, aged 12-16 years old.
9:30am – 2:30pm Each Day
