New F&B Director for The Montenotte

The Montenotte Hotel in Cork City continues expanding its business with the appointment of international hotelier, Fergus Mac Devitt as Director of Food and Beverage.

Raised and educated in Berlin, Mr. Mac Devitt has extensive world experience, having worked in Germany, China, Singapore and Japan. He also speaks German, English, French and has language skills in Spanish and Japanese.

The Director of Food and Beverage, Mr. Mac Devitt will be responsible for creating a harmonic work environment for the team. He will be leading operations and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction across all of the Food and Beverage departments.

They include the restaurant and terrace, Panorama Bistro and the newly opened rooftop bar and terrace, The Glasshouse. As a leader he strongly believes in living and leading by example, engaging and empowering teams as the keys to success.
