Blasta Street Kitchens’s journey began in 2012. Seany and Nikita had just graduated and like many others, they packed their bags in search of greener pastures. They spent the next five years living, working and travelling through 20 countries and their obsession with street food cultures grew stronger.
In 2017 they made the decision to return to Ireland and establish Blasta Street Kitchen. A food truck and catering concept inspired by their Journey, with an eco-friendly, farm-to-fork twist. The ‘Blasta Street Kitchen’ team has spent the past two years bringing their Tex-Mex tastiness to festivals and private events all around the country, having won a number of awards along the way.
