To Begin 

Tartlets with late season tomato, Ballylisk cheese and lovage 

Boxty with crab and fennel 

Smokes butter brioche with Fermanagh Sika venison salami, 

Blackberry ketchup and vinegar pearls and smoked beetroot 

Main Course 

Apple caramel glazed wood grilled O’Doherty pork fillet, slow smoked port, coppa, grilled leeks, apple stick and sorrel 

Grilled carrots with maple, miso and spiced oats 

Smoked potatoes, O’Doherty black bacon and sage butter 

To Finish 

Smoke chocolate, Eringrove blackcurrant, plum and honeycomb 

Boatyard gin and lemon verbena  
Gummie bears, Boatyard gin and raspberry truffles
