Rúibín is located on Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way. Situated in the heart of Galway the restaurant and bar overlook the city’s historic docklands. Housed in a beautiful stone building, and sitting by the waters edge the interior is bright, modern and comfortable.
Rúibín is owner-run by Alice and Richard who have spent numerous years travelling and gaining experience, their ethos focusing on local seasonal Irish ingredients. However, in the cooking of this produce you will find influence from around the world.
The Restaurant
Upstairs@Rúibín is located on the first floor. Large bay windows throughout the restaurant allow beautiful views of the harbour. The menu here is a la carte in layout and contemporary Irish in style. The ingredients are all sourced locally and treated with respect and care by Alice and her team in the kitchen.
The Bar
The bar is located on the ground floor at Rúibín. The lunch menu runs here from 12-3pm. The bar menu kicks off at 5pm, and consists of small sharing plates. Rúibín also has a beautifully crafted seasonal cocktail menu designed by in house cocktail maker Dennis.
