Get your bibs on and prepare yourself for an epic weekend at Dalkey Lobster Fest. The Festival is set to return from August 25th to 27th and promises a weekend filled with live music, culinary delights, street entertainment, and some of the best lobster meat Ireland has to offer.
According to their website, previous years have seen as many as 20,000 people make the journey to Dalkey to celebrate the festival. This year there are expected to be 30,000 people in attendance throughout the three-day festival.
Lobster Village will be set up at The Tramyard and will showcase internationally recognized chefs who will provide seafood demonstrations. This year, chefs Derry Clarke and Mark Moriarty, along with Newstalk broadcaster Bobby Kerr and former international rugby legends Shane Byrne and Fergus McFadden, and several local chefs will be joining the festival.
