You missed the South Africa game because those free tickets you were promised never materialised…

You missed the Fiji game because you were washing your hair…

And, you’re missing out on the Australia game because it’s too late and too expensive.

But…you still can’t shake that November Rugby FOMO feeling.

What you, ideally, need is an international match priced correctly, with a nice kick-off time.

Leinster v Chile, with free admission, at 2 pm on Friday seems to tick all the boxes.

It also gets you out of work early and when your friends are boring you senseless about what Saturday’s match might mean for the World Cup in 12 months’ time, you can give your predictions on how Chile might fare at their debut RWC.

Speaking to leinsterrugby.ie, when the match was announced last month, Leinster head coach Leo Cullen said: “We are always looking for ways to give our players and indeed our coaches opportunities to test themselves, and in this window, there was an opportunity to look at something different.

“It’s great that we are able to welcome Chile to Energia Park, a team that has qualified for the Rugby World Cup for the first time ever. I know they are using this game as a good run-out for them as they start to prepare for the tournament in France next year.

“With many of our players away with Ireland and with Ireland ‘A’ during the month of November, I’m looking forward to seeing what the players can deliver against an international side.”

Chile beat both Canada and USA – two World Cup veterans – to qualify for their first World Cup. They will play in Pool D, in France next year, which also includes England, Argentina, Japan and Samoa.
