An Evening of ROE-MANCE’ & ‘GALENTINES at Roe & Co

Whiskey lovers rejoice! Roe & Co Distillery have revealed two new unique and premium experiences to celebrate with your partner or friend this Valentine’s week. 

The Roe & Co Distillery located in the heart of Dublin 8 will run interactive experiences such as ‘Galentine’s at Roe & Co’ on Tuesday, 13th February and ‘An evening of Roe-mance’ on Wednesday, 14th February, with several time slots to choose from across each experience. Guests will get the chance to reimagine whiskey through a decadent chocolate and whiskey pairing, followed by a cocktail class where you’ll make your own cocktail in your duo based on your two personalities.

The experience will excite any whiskey-fanatic loved one or friend! Guests will be welcomed to the beautiful home of Roe & Co Irish Whiskey with a curated Valentine’s cocktail upon arrival and will then be guided through the active distillery by one of the brand’s expert ambassadors. The tour will continue in Room 106 where guests will taste a thoughtfully curated selection of  three whiskeys, each with a chocolate pairing from pastry chef and artisanal chocolatier, Tara Gartlan. Chocolate flavours include delicious pear caramel, passionfruit caramel, blackcurrant and peanut butter.

Following this, guests are welcomed into the Distillery’s Flavours Workshop for an interactive whiskey cocktail demonstration to learn the art of cocktail making and receive a taster of two different cocktails, followed by the chance to make and enjoy their own cocktail. The experience will finish up in the Power House Bar where guests will be gifted a bespoke present to take home.
