Founded by John Jameson in 1780, the former factory stands as a tribute to Irish Whiskey. Visit Jameson Distillery, Bow Street for distillery tours, cocktail-making classes, premium whiskey-tasting sessions or to learn how to blend your own whiskey coached by experienced whiskey makers.

The Black Barrel Blending Class
What does this involve?
It takes years of study, knowledge and experience to become a Jameson black barrel distiller, but Jameson’s experienced guides can tell you everything you need to know in just 90 minutes. Pick up the tricks of the trade in the blending room and Dublin’s only live maturation house, and find out what makes Jameson Black Barrel another level of smoothness. This experience costs €60 and includes:
- 90-minute whiskey blending masterclass
- Fully hosted by a Jameson Craft Ambassador
- Create your own blend to take home
- Cask draw and tasting in Jameson’s Maturation Warehouse
Bow St. Experience
Located in Smithfield you can’t miss the Jameson distillery. The Jameson Distillery Bow St. Experience is a must for visitors to the capital. A Jameson ambassador will show you around, take you back in time, and serve up an award-winning tour that includes stories, laughs, and a Jameson comparative whiskey tasting. You’ll also get to hear all about their ‘Grain to Glass’ process. This experience costs €26 and includes:
- 45-minute fully guided tour
- Comparative whiskey tasting
- Jameson drink included
Secret Whiskey Tasting
Go where not many have gone before: John Jameson’s private space, his office. Join one of Jameson’s brand ambassadors as they unlock over 230 years of history and bring you behind the scenes for a whiskey tasting like no other. This experience costs €40 and includes:
