What we got: Bubble Bee
We could almost hear it bzz’ing! This drink was made with aged rum, Maison Honey sour syrup, egg whites, angostura aromatic bitters. It was served in a large spherical glass, and the contents revealed a perfectly circular ball of ice. The whole get-up was ‘steaming’ with smoke. Sweet but citrusy, it was the perfect ode to bees!
