The Villages of Dublin 4 – a Historical Walk in the Past

A series of historical walking tours of The Villages of Dublin 4 begin this weekend.

Each are hosted by local historian Pat Liddy and focus on an individual visit each week.

All people are welcome and each walk is FREE.

The individual tours last approximately 90 minutes and no booking is required.

The walks will – separately – take in Ringsend & Irishtown, Sandymount, Donnybrook and Ballsbridge over the next four weekends.

Ringsend & Irishtown (Saturday, September 14 @ 11am; Starting at St Patrick’s Church, Thorncastle Street, Ringsend, Dublin 4)

Ballsbridge (Saturday, September 21 @ 11am; Starting at Sandymount DART station, Sandymount Avenue, Dublin 4)

Donnybrook (Saturday, September 28 @ 11am; Starting at The Royal Hospital Donnybrook, Bloomfield Avenue, Donnybrook, Dublin 4)

Sandymount (Saturday, October 5 @ 11am; Starting at Sandymount Green, Sandymount, Dublin 4)
