The Paddy Power Comedy Festival is on between July 25th-28th in the Iveagh Gardens, with a reputation for showcasing top-tier comedic talent, both from Ireland and beyond, the festival is a must-attend!
The Festival is a celebration of the finest in comedic talent, from household names to emerging stars. Over the years, it has featured performances from the likes of Dara Ó Briain, Tommy Tiernan, Aisling Bea, and many other renowned comedians.

Over 100 artists will perform 32 shows in three fully seated venues in the stunning city centre walled Iveagh Gardens, and this year Whelan’s Of Wexford Street will host five of Dublin’s best comedy clubs!
The festival has always been proud to celebrate the brilliance and diversity of Irish comedy and this year’s festival is packed to the rafters with home-grown talent including household names such as Tommy Tiernan, Dara O’Briain, Foil Arms & Hog, Deirdre O’Kane, Jason Byrne, Gearoid Farrelly, Chris Kent, Jarlath Regan, Bernard O’Shea, Enya Martin, Shane Daniel Byrne, Sue Collins, Sinead Culbert, Neil Delamare Vittorio Angelone.
There will also be emerging acts like Katie Boyle, Sophia Wren Martin Angolo Fiona Frawley, Sinead Quinlan, Michael Rice and online comedy stars like Emma Doran, Tony Cantwell, Kyla Cobbler, Garron Noone, Killian Sundermann, Justine Stafford & Michael Fry
There’s an exceptional line up of American stars including Liza Treyger seen most recently on Judd Apatow’s movie “King Of Staten Island”. Ariel Elias whose performance on Jimmy Kimmel received over 1million views on YouTube, New Yorker Ashley Gavin who featured on Netflix is a joke, Hulu and Comedy Central, Marie Faustin who has appeared on HBO’s That Damn Michael Che & Pause with Sam Jay and Ziwe. Fellow New Yorker Sydnee Washington who in 2022 became an Emmy Nominee for her supporting role as Judith in Bridesman & received a WGA Award for her writing contributions to “Inside Amy Schumer”, Sam Tallent host of the Chubby Behemoth podcast and Shane Torres star of the Comedy Bang Bang Podcast.
They will be joined by some of the best UK acts including reigning champion of the BBC Comedy Awards 2024, the surreal comedian Frankie Monroe, world-famous prankster and TikTok Record-breaker Simon Brodkin, Star of BBC’s Ladhood and BBC sounds podcaster Jacob Hawley, Netherlands Born Micky Overman who brings her unique perspective on living in the UK, Red Richardson one of the most exciting new stand-up comedians in The UK. His online ‘Stay Toxic’ sketches have garnered over 30 million views
