Sea Sessions Surf and Music Festival is returning to Bundoran, Donegal, from June 21-23! This unique festival blends music, surfing, and various beach sports, making it one of Ireland’s most exciting summer events.

Beach volleyball in the sun, knockout soccer and rugby with your mates, morning yoga and swimrise on the beach… Join Sea Sessions for Barefoot Wine Beach Sports!
Every year teams get together to compete for tickets to Sea Sessions 2025! Get your team together and enjoy some friendly competition in the sun, or join morning yoga sessions by the sea all in aid of charity partner Liquid Therapy. Registration is live now on eventbrite.com.
How it works:
5 a Side Soccer & Tag Rugby:
Saturdays Soccer and Rugby tournaments are delivered in a knockout format with the winning teams securing tickets to next year’s festival.
It is 40 euro to register a team or just 10 euro to register as an individual, with all proceeds going to event hosts Liquid Therapy. Key Guidelines: – Teams of 5 playing. – Registration takes place at 11:30 on Sat – Games to be played in good humour, a friendly competition!
Beach Volleyball & Ultimate Frisbee:
Beach Volleyball and Ultimate Frisbee open courts and tournaments run all weekend on main beach Bundoran. 10 minutes walk from the festival site. Join with a team or come as an individual. Tournaments are points based in knockout style and hosted by ATU Volleyball Society and members of Ultimate Frisbee Irish Team. Beginners welcome, the team will be there to go over the rules/skills.
Yoga Sessions:
Open to beginners and all levels. Lifeguarded beach.

Camping
For those wishing to stay onsite, there is a campsite available. The campsite opens at 3 PM on Thursday and closes at 10 AM on Monday. Various camping options are available, so you can stay close to the action throughout the weekend.
Accommodation
For those who prefer more comfort, several accommodation options are available:
- Bundoran Surf Co: Offers packages starting from €269 for three nights in a bunk room, including a festival ticket.
- Atlantic Apart Hotel: Packages range from €160 for two nights to €350 for three nights with a festival ticket.
Accessibility
Bundoran is easily accessible, and not as far away as you think!
- Dublin: Approximately 2.5 hours by car.
- Belfast: About 2 hours by car.
- Sligo: Roughly 30 minutes by car.
Public transport options include direct buses from Dublin and Galway, with local connections from Sligo and Belfast.
