- Cold Showers: Cold-water showers are available to rinse off before or after your plunge.

- Monday to Wednesday: 5pm-10pm
- Thursday and Friday: 9am-10pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 9am-8pm
- Booking: Sessions are 45 minutes long, starting on the hour, with a 15-minute grace period for changing. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability. Towels are available for rent, and refreshing drinks can be purchased on-site.

- Individual Sessions: €20 per person for a 45-minute session.
- Private Bookings: The Bray location offers private sauna experiences for smaller groups:
- Anytime (Up to 8 People): €100
