Lady Francis Woodland Walk
This original walk dates back to Lady Frances who lived in Wells when she married her husband Charles Mervyn. The walk was used as a form of exercise for the ladies of the house and also for inspiration for their paintings
Since opening it has become home to the fairies of Wells House and Gardens and is one of Ireland’s most popular fairy trails. Along with the fairies, the walk is also home to characters of the much-loved Gruffalo walk, with a mouse, fox and even a snake. Spend time on this walk and create special memories that will last a lifetime.
Mogue’s Enchanted Walk
Named after the gardener from the Wells Estate, Mogue’s Enchanted Woodland Walk has become home to numerous trolls, bears, fairies, witches and wizards. See the 20-foot high dragon, Drayco as the centrepiece and allow your child’s imagination to run riot as part of your visit.
