Irish people love ice cream. We are pretty good at making them too – everyone knows Teddy’s, Murphy’s and of course, Scrumdiddly’s.
Wexford’s Scúp Gelato which sells homemade Irish gelato is no exception.
Inventing flavours like jaffa cake gelato, or champagne rhubarb and blood orange, Scúp has picked up quite a fanbase around the county.
It’s on Wexford Quay and was originally set up to combat the loss of retail business during the pandemic.
