The Food and Wine Magazine Restaurant Awards for 2021 were held on Sunday 8 November in Dublin’s Intercontinental Hotel, Ballsbridge in association with Rémy Martin.
Guests were treated to a delicious meal created by Alberto Rossi, head chef at The InterContinental Hotel, featuring halibut gravadlax, roast Irish beef, and an Earl Grey-based dessert.
