One of the capital’s favourite Thai and Vietnamese eateries and cocktail bars, Saba on Baggot Street, has launched the Belvedere Secret Summer Garden for summer 2023.
Now open and running until September, Saba is hosting the ultimate brunch parties featuring Singalong Social with Belvedere Natural Summer Cocktails.
Singalong Social is a zero-commitment karaoke party, hosted by The Craic Mechanics who have been popping up at parties, festivals and residencies in Ireland, the UK and beyond since 2015. Guests can enjoy a menu of cocktails and spritzes crafted with the exceptional Belvedere Organic Infusions range and also try out Saba’s delicious new summer menu.
The Singalong Social at Saba takes place on Saturday 8th July, Saturday 29th July and Saturday 27th August! These special, limited events will take place from 1PM – 3PM, with tickets costing €40 pp which includes one brunch dish, two Belvedere Organic Infusions cocktails or Spritz’ and a full run of show from Sing Along Social. Expect an afternoon of fun, chaotic singing, deadly tunes and delicious food and cocktails!
Belvedere Organic Infusions delivers a perfect drink for any occasion, whether enjoying a top-shelf vodka-soda or mixing a favourite cocktail. Lemon & Basil with a Touch of Elderflower profiles tart and zesty organic lemon and fragrant green basil, balanced with a touch of elderflower. Blackberry & Lemongrass with a Hint of Sage perfectly layers organic vodka combining the flavours of lush ripe blackberry and fragrant lemongrass, balanced with a hint of sage. While Pear & Ginger with a Drop of Linden Honey pairs luscious ripe pear, light ginger spice, and the complexity of organic Belvedere vodka, touched by a final hint of linden honeyed sweetness.
Known for its legendary cocktails, Saba’s Secret Summer Garden Belvedere cocktail menu includes Belvedere Blackberry & Lemongrass Sour, Belvedere Pear & Ginger Collins, Belvedere Lemon & Basil 75, Belvedere Espresso Martini, while spritzes being served are Blackberry & Lemongrass Spritz, Belvedere Pear & Ginger Spritz, and Belvedere Lemon & Basil Spritz. Cocktails range from €13.50 to €14.50 and spritzes are €12.50 or €13.50.
