The Burren Food Fayre takes place in County Clare on 23 and 24 October 2021. This year marks its 10th year in operation, with plenty of mouthwatering food experiences to attend.
Visitors can prebook experiences, choosing from five unique food trails. Each tour will take your tastebuds on a journey, discovering local produce from the area.
Here’s what we’re looking forward to trying over the weekend:
Saturday 23 October
Burren Food Experience One – €43 per person
The first experience includes a visit to the Burren Smokehouse, a beer tasting at the Burren Brewery and a tour and whiskey tasting at the Burren Distillers.

Burren Food Experience Two – €52 per person
The second experience includes a tour and tasting at St. Tola Goat Cheese, bread making at Stonecutters Kitchen and a seaweed talk at Wild Kitchen.

Burren Food Experience Three – €30 per person
This experience includes a visit to Caherconnell Fort, a guided tour of Aillwee Cave, featuring a tasting of Burren Gold Cheese and fudge.

Burren Food Experience Four – €45 per person
The fourth experience includes a visit to the Cliffs of Moher and Burren tasting menu followed by a trip to Linalla Ice Cream to taste the ice cream and meet the cows that produce the milk.

Sunday 24 October
Burren Food Experience Five – €80 per person
The final food experience includes a tour of the traditional Burren Beef Farm and Botany experience, followed by oyster shucking and tasting at Flaggy Shore Oysters.
