The Pantry and Corkscrew were set up in 2010 by husband and wife team Dermott Flynn and Janice O’Rourke.
Janice manages the front of house while Dermott manages the kitchen but is also regularly seen out front.
The Pantry and Corkscrew are a small operation with a big focus on quality local produce. They source ethically in line with our Slow Food ethos and that of Euro-toques (European Community of Chefs and Cooks) of which we are proud members. Through the years they have built close relationships with local suppliers. They work hard to try and create dishes that showcase the best of what the West of Ireland has to offer.
The Pantry and Corkscrew always have a good selection of meat free options and cater to dietary requirements. They offer nightly specials as well as our Early Bird and A la Carte dishes. Families are always welcome and we offer a Children’s Menu.
